Doug joined Omnium Worldwide, Inc. in 1986 as Director of Marketing and Field Sales. After positions in marketing and operations, Doug founded Accent Insurance Recovery Solutions as a division of Omnium in 1990. Doug served as President of Accent Insurance Recovery Solutions from 1990 through 1997. In 1998 Doug completed a leveraged buyout of Omnium Worldwide, Inc.

In spring of 2007 Doug sold Omnium Worldwide, Inc. to West Corporation and was appointed President of West Asset Management-Receivable Services, a division of West Corporation. West Asset Management is the second largest provider of accounts receivable management services with over $350,000,000 in revenue and over 3000 associates.

In 2008, after completing the post transaction integration, conversion, and leadership transition, Doug left West Corporation to found The Optimas Group, LLC.

The Optimas Group concentrates on working with middle market businesses to build clear, actionable organizational strategies supported by high performance cultures, and to develop and facilitate wealth creation programs that integrate business owner and associate objectives.

Doug holds a BSBA and MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, Denver, Colorado.

Doug serves on and has chaired the boards of numerous charitable organizations and acted as the chair of major fund raising campaigns. Doug has also served on various industry boards in both the consumer credit and insurance fields.

Mike joined Omnium Worldwide, Inc. in 2002 as Director of Marketing for the organization’s Healthcare, Financial Services, and Communications business units, with responsibility for developing and implementing integrated marketing communications plans encompassing the spectrum of internal and market-facing communications. In 2003, as Vice President of Marketing, Mike assumed additional marketing responsibility for the Insurance Services business unit, and in 2005 added corporate branding and employee communications to his responsibilities.

Following the acquisition of Omnium Worldwide, Inc. by West Corporation in spring 2007, he was appointed Senior Vice President - Marketing and Sales Support for West Asset Management, with responsibility for all internal and external marketing and communications, new service development, and employee communications. Mike left West Asset Management in April 2008.

Prior to joining Omnium Worldwide, Inc., Mike held senior management marketing and communications positions with multi-national business organizations and advertising agencies, as well as positions in consulting and university level education.

Mike has more than 25 years experience in marketing and communications, with extensive expertise in deploying successful integrated marketing communications plans and initiatives within packaged goods, financial, insurance, and accounts receivable business sectors.

Mike holds a B.A. degree from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the American Marketing Association, and serves on the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Omaha Board of Directors.
