Doug Wilwerding is the founder of the The Optimas Group. Since its inception in 2008,  Doug has been developing and managing The Optimas Group's portfolio companies which include technology, real estate, financial services and telecommunications firms.  He serves on the board AllCom Global Services.

Doug spent over twenty years in the accounts receivable industry with Omnium Worldwide Inc., developing a thorough market understanding of the financial, telecommunications, and healthcare industries, and serving on various industry boards in both the consumer credit and insurance sectors.  Following his leveraged buyout of Omnium Worldwide in 1998, he served as Chairman and CEO until the company was sold to West Corporation in 2007. In 2008, after completing the post transaction integration, conversion, and leadership transition, Doug left West Corporation to found The Optimas Group, LLC.

In addition to serving on the boards Optimas portfolio companies, Doug's board experience includes banking, machinery, agriculture, services, and product companies ranging in sales/revenue from a few million to over $500 million.

Doug is active in charitable organizations and has served as the chair of many major fund raising campaigns.  He holds a BSBA and MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado.

 

Amy J. Denny

Amy Denny joined the Optimas Group in May 2010 after having served nearly 20 years in the Accounts Receivable industry. Amy has served in a variety of positions ranging from project management, sales, major account management, government and international strategist, marketing and senior level business development positions.

Amy has worked with federal agencies and Congressional offices and committees educating them on private sector cost containment vendors and the impact able to be achieved on public programs, including Medicare. Additionally, Amy researched emerging international private sector programs to identify cost containment needs. Amy has been responsible for the creation of business plans, marketing collateral and Web sites as well as researching new markets and services.

Amy is a graduate from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications with minors in Business Administration and Journalism.


Todd A. Foje

Todd Foje is Chief Executive Officer of Great Plains Communications (GPC) and is CEO and Chairman of GPC affiliates - G

P Investments, Inc. and AllCom Global Services, Inc. Todd serves on the corporate boards of the Nebraska Telecommunications Association and the R.D. Offutt companies. 

Todd is a certified public accountant and attorney, having worked for a Washington D.C.-based international accounting firm, practiced corporate law for a national law firm, and served as the Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for two of the Top 25 fastest growing companies in the Omaha metropolitan area. 

Todd's charitable service includes Honorary Board of Director and current Regional Advisory Council Chairman of the Heartland Chapter of the American Red Cross, a mentor through the TeamMates youth mentoring program, and a member of the Governing Board and Finance Committee of Creighton Preparatory High School.

Todd holds a BSBA degree, cum laude, from Creighton University, a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from George Washington University and a Masters of Law (LLM) degree from Georgetown University.
